A finely engraved chart of maritime Canada with New Foundland. This edition is the third and final state of the map. It was completely re-engraved by Schenk including the island of cape Breton adding many places large new inset map of Louisburg. Petrus Schenk (1661-1711) and his teacher and brother Gerhard Valk (1652-1726) together produced in Amsterdam numerous maps, atlases and city views, until around 1700. Nova Scotia und Neufundland sind auf dieser Karte in einem kleinen Maßstab, aber mit einer enormen Genauigkeit und Feinheit dargestellt. Die Karte trägt die Handschrift von L. van Anse. Auch eingezeichnet ist die Insel Cape Breton. Diese Karte ist die dritte und zuletzt gedruckte Version. In der Nebenkarte unten links ist Louisburg zu sehen.
